Japanese cooking classes in September

Spring has arrived now and we are celebrating Japanese traditional Spring
custom this month!
 
We would like to inform our regular classes in September here.

The menu is great Spring dish "Dashi-maki Tamago (Japanese-style rolled egg)"
& "Saikyo-yaki (Grilled Miso-marinade fish)".
Also, we talk about "Hanami (Japanese traditional flower-viewing)" for the short lecture.
Let's learn Japanese home-style cooking by demonstration, hands-on cooking!

**Cooking Menu : "Dashi-maki Tamago" (Japanese-style rolled egg)
                                 ----Rolled egg omelet, seasoned with Dashi.
                                      It is one of professional Sushi bar menu.
                               "Saikyo-yaki" (Grilled Miso-marinade fish)
                                 ----Traditional white-fish dish, marinated in Miso
 
**15mins.Lecture : "Hanami" or "O-Hanami" (Traditional flower-viewing)
                                ----Traditional event in Spring in Japan to enjoy the beauty
                                     of flowers, especially cherry blossoms. Also, often involve
                                     eating some special dishes and drinking.
 
**Service : "Seasoned rice" & "Clear soup", "Sweets"
