Japanese cooking classes in October

We hope everybody is enjoying longer daylight now!

We would like to inform our regular classes in October here.

The menu is deluxe meaty dish "Tonkatsu (Pork cutlet)" &
traditional "Miso-dengaku (Sweet-Miso paste on grilled Eggplant)".
The lecture is "Sesame" including Sesame-oil.

                                       on grilled Eggplant. This paste is great for Tofu, Radish, etc.

                                   ----Talk about very important "Sesame" for Japanese cuisine
                                       including Sesame-oil.
