Cooking class on Mon 17th (6pm) September

The menu was "Dashi-maki Tamago (Japanese-style rolled egg)"
& "Saikyo-yaki (Grilled Miso-marinade fish)".
The lecture was "Hanami (Japanese traditional flower-viewing)" .
We had 6 people and everybody had a turn to make own "Dashi-maki
Tamago" which was quite tricky to make.
We hope everybody enjoyed it and they all done well.
