We had 6 people this time and everybody tried few different kinds of Sesame.
Sesame is very important for Japanese cuisine, Sesame oil is very useful.
Japanese people use lots of eggplant and we have lots of different recipes, but
there aren't many here, so everybody enjoyed the taste of Sweet-Miso on eggplant.
Pork cutlet was beautiful, too, very tender meat and crispy outside.
