Cooking class on Wed 24th (11am) October

The menu was "Tonkatsu (Pork cutlet)" & "Miso-dengaku (Sweet-Miso paste
on grilled eggplant)" with lecture  "Goma (Sesame)".

We had 6 people this time and everybody tried few different kinds of Sesame.
Sesame is very important for Japanese cuisine, Sesame oil is very useful.

Japanese people use lots of eggplant and we have lots of different recipes, but
there aren't many here, so everybody enjoyed the taste of Sweet-Miso on eggplant.
Pork cutlet was beautiful, too, very tender meat and crispy outside.

Thank you very much for attending our class!!

If anybody is still interested in coming to our class with this menu,
we have few spaces available on Monday the 29th (6pm).
