Cooking class on Mon 29th (6pm) October

We had another class with the menu 'Tonkatsu (Pork cutlet)' & 'Miso-dengaku
(Sweet-Miso paste on grilled eggplant)', the lecture 'Goma (Sesame)'.

We had 4 people this time and it was lovely evening, very bright and warm.
Everybody enjoyed lots of hands-on cooking and they made wonderful meals.
