Japanese cooking classes in August

We would like to inform our regular classes in August now.
The menu in August is very warm dish "Tonjiru (Hearty Pork Miso-soup)" &
delicious vegetarian dish "Agedashi-Dofu (Deep-fried Tofu)".
Also, we talk about "Tofu" for the short lecture.

                                       -----Tofu is a healthy and versatile ingredient, and good for
                                             vegetarians, too.
                                             We introduce how to make good use of Tofu and different
                                             ways cooking.
