Cooking class on Wed 15th (11am) August

The menu was "Tonjiru (Hearty Pork Miso-soup)" &
delicious vegetarian dish "Agedashi-Dofu (Deep-fried Tofu)".
The lecture was "Tofu".

We had 4 people this time.
Everyone was amazed at the crispy Tofu "Agedashi-Dofu" and
enjoyed the delux soup "Tonjiru".
